About the project
Homest Polska is an agency specializing in the commercial real estate market. The client approached us with a ready graphic and key challenge: they needed a platform that would automatically collect and update offers from an external CRM system (EstiORIA), without the need for manual data entry.
- We built a custom integration system with EstiORIA. Our solution automatically synchronizes offers every hour – it adds new ones, removes outdated ones, and updates changes, prices, and statuses.
- We implemented an advanced property search with a system of precise filters and integrated it as an interactive Google Map, which immediately marks the locations of all available offers.

Our collaboration is based on phased project implementation, within which we delivered full functionality and automated tools ready for independent operation by the client.
Proposed solutions and final result
We focused on creating a fully automated platform that would completely eliminate the need for manual property offer management. The goal was to provide a reliable system that „lives” and updates itself, based on data from external CRM.
- We developed a custom synchronization mechanism with EstiORIA. The system checks and updates the entire offer database every hour, ensuring that data on the website is always 100% consistent with the actual state.
- We ensured clients have full control over static content. Despite full offer automation, service pages and other subpages are 99% editable from the WordPress panel level.

In the project, we focused on clean code and proven WordPress solutions, building a custom theme from scratch. A key element was creating reliable integrations with external API systems.
- Dedicated WordPress theme: We built a lightweight and efficient theme from scratch that ideally maps the graphic design and is devoid of unnecessary plugin dependencies.
- CRM integration (EstiORIA API): We created a custom solution connecting with the EstiORIA system API, which is responsible for full, automatic property offer synchronization.
- Interactive map (Google Maps API): We used the Google Maps API to create a dynamic map that automatically collects property locations from database data and marks them on a Warsaw map.
- Flexible content management (ACF): We implemented the Advanced Custom Fields plugin to give clients full and intuitive control over editing all static content on the website.
