Since 2022, we have been supporting the company in a digital rebranding process, creating an ecosystem of pages and tools that precisely communicate their role as a „Complete Solution Provider”.

About the project
Collaboration with Endego began with the need to streamline the visual and content-based communication of an established company. Previous solutions did not fully reflect the scale and sophistication of projects delivered by the team of engineers from Krakow.
- Partnership model: Instead of a client-agency relationship, we established an „in-house” model, participating in regular status meetings and living the daily challenges of the company.
- New communication strategy: The main goal was to move away from a simple service description to positioning the brand as a provider of comprehensive solutions – from concept to production support.
- Multi-level presence: Endego is not just engineering, but also an authorized partnership with Altair and developed recruitment processes, which required creating a cohesive ecosystem of multiple services.
- Standardization: The challenge was to collect scattered documents and presentations into one cohesive visual identification system used throughout the entire organization.
Solution
Over three years of collaboration, we delivered a series of projects that modernized the company’s digital footprint and streamlined its internal processes.
- Endego Flagship Website: We designed and implemented a new main website in three languages. The site evolved through language benefits, becoming a central point of contact with global partners from the automotive and transport industries.
- Altair Partner Poland Platform: We created a dedicated website for the official partnership with Altair. The site combines sales functionality (software offering) with educational content (knowledge base, webinars, training).
- Modern Career Portal: We implemented a career page fully integrated with the HR Traffit system. Thanks to this, the onboarding and recruitment process became more transparent for candidates and easier to manage for the HR team.
- Knowledge and Webinar Hub: We built a dedicated space for aggregating expert content and regularly organized webinars, which strengthened Endego’s position as a thought leader in the engineering industry.
- Analytics Optimization: We equipped all services with advanced analytics and marketing automation tools, allowing for better understanding of user behavior and more effective lead generation.

Our technology stack for this project focused on flexibility, speed, and deep integration with external tools.
- WordPress (Custom Multi-site): We utilized WordPress as the engine for the entire ecosystem of sites, enabling efficient management of multiple services from one level while maintaining their uniqueness.
- ACF Pro (Flexible Content): Each site was built using a modular approach, allowing Endego’s marketing team to create new landing pages and sections instantly without developer involvement.
- WPML: This tool enabled professional multilingual management, ensuring seamless switching between PL, EN, and DE versions on the main domain.
- Marketing Stack (User.com / GetResponse): We implemented marketing automation tools that enable building lasting client relationships and automating offer mailings.
- Traffit API: Integration of the career site with the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) allowed for automatic job offer updates and direct application collection in the client’s HR system.
