About the project
Świat Podłóg is a leader in the Polish flooring distribution market with over 30 years of experience. As a technology partner for the WebRace design agency, we approached them with a need to implement a new website and migrate from the previous platform while simultaneously maintaining high rankings in Google.
- We conducted a comprehensive migration from the old website, implementing carefully planned redirects, which allowed us to maintain 100% visibility and organic traffic.
- We built a product catalog that visually exceeds the standards of most online stores in the industry, with dedicated subpages for each product category.
- We created a unique system for ordering free samples with an automatic postal code verification function, which automatically limits delivery range to the area served by the client.
- We integrated the website with Google Maps, implementing an interactive map with locations of 10 Warsaw company showrooms.

Solution
We focused on creating a platform that is not only a showcase, but above all a fully editable business tool. The goal was to provide clients with 100% autonomy in managing a developed product catalog.
- We ensured clients have full control over content. Thanks to implementing a flexible structure based on Advanced Custom Fields, 100% of visible content on the website is easily editable from the WordPress panel.
- We conducted a seamless migration. In close cooperation with the client’s SEO agency, we planned and implemented a redirect structure that fully secured the website’s position in Google.
- We implemented an intelligent sample ordering system. We created an author solution that automatically verifies the postal code and limits delivery to the region designated by the client.
- We implemented automatic translations. Considering the huge volume of content, we implemented the Google Translate mechanism as an effective cost solution, enabling service for international clients.
The effect of our work is a professional product catalog that has become a key tool supporting sales and execution of over 3000 annual projects, strengthening Świat Podłóg’s position as a leader in its industry.

In the project, we focused on proven and flexible WordPress-based solutions to create an advanced product catalog that is fully editable and optimized for SEO.
- Dedicated WordPress theme: We built a custom author theme from scratch that ideally maps the graphic design provided by the client and is optimized for presenting the developed catalog.
- Flexible content management (ACF): We implemented the Advanced Custom Fields plugin, which gave clients the ability to independently edit 100% of website content, from product descriptions to the most detailed elements.
- Strategic SEO optimization: In cooperation with the client’s SEO agency, we planned and implemented a 301 redirect structure and structured product data to fully secure the website’s position during migration.
- Integration with external APIs: We integrated the website with Google Maps API to display showroom maps, and we created an author solution for verifying postal codes in the sample ordering system.
